Working Hours & Salary
- Hours: 3 × 28hrs and 21hrs per week, permanent
- Salary: £13.80 – £14.27 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide care and welfare for older people, promoting their independence, rights, choice and individuality.
- Work flexibly and be available to work one of the council’s shift rosters.
- Work as part of a broader team to deliver both individual and service goals within a social care environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferred: SVQ in Social Care Level 2 or 3 or HNC in Social Care, or willingness to work towards these qualifications.
- Required: Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) or be in the process of registration; registration must be completed within 6 months of employment commencement.
