The Depute Head Teacher is required to:
- Assist the Head Teacher in the overall management of the school as part of a Management Team.
- Deputise for the Head Teacher in their absence and have responsibility for the leadership, good management, and strategic direction of colleagues.
- Have responsibility for the leadership and management of our Additional Support Needs provision, which is currently around 60 pupils.
