- Managing Refusal of Care or Emotional Distress: Describe how you would respond if a service user refused care, was reluctant to try a task independently, or became upset or distressed.
- Responding to a Difficult Situation: Describe in detail a time when you dealt with a difficult or unexpected situation that required you to act quickly.
The grade for these posts is Grade 2 level 3 - £18.34 - £18.85 per hour. As this is a shift working post, you will receive an additional 1 or 2 increment (depending on your shift pattern) and this will be consolidated into your salary. This role will require flexible evening and weekend working.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to work at a minimum of SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Candidates who do not already hold this qualification (or an equivalent or higher qualification) must be willing to work towards achieving it (all candidates must already hold a minimum qualification as stated SVQ2 SCQF6).
You will be required to work in accordance with a roster shift pattern.
