An exciting opportunity for career development has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Hamilton Housing Team within Housing Services. As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers; therefore, you should have similar experience of working within a housing related environment and have an understanding of current issues and legislation in relation to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and dealing with anti-social behaviour.
Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise and prioritise workload in an effective way and to respond and adapt to changing priorities required in delivering a quality service. You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
