An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Housing Services team in the Hamilton area.

As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers. You should have experience working within a housing-related environment and an understanding of current issues and legislation related to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and dealing with anti-social behaviour.

Excellent IT skills are required, along with the ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively, respond and adapt to changing priorities, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with various agencies.

You will be eligible to participate in South Lanarkshire Council\’s Car Pool Scheme. It would be advantageous to have access to a vehicle for business purposes if required to travel to different locations.
