Location: East Kilbride Business Unit, 2-4 Glenfield Road, Kelvin Industrial Estate, East Kilbride, G75 0RA

Salary: £24,732 – £26,584 per year

Hours: 37 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am – 1.30pm

What are we looking for?

We are looking for people who can demonstrate a commitment to their own learning as the successful candidates will be given the opportunity to become qualified and time served as a Domestic Heating Engineer, through a mixture of on-the-job experience working alongside qualified/experienced tradespeople and off the job experience at college, gaining the underpinning knowledge and the recognised qualifications for your trade.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • These vacancies are restricted to applicants who have recently attended a South Lanarkshire Council High School and/or live in the South Lanarkshire Area.
  • You must be 16 years of age by 26/09/2025 and no older than 19 years of age by 06/08/2025.
  • If you are disabled or care experienced and aged between 20 to 29 years of age by 06/08/2025, you may be eligible to apply if you meet the rest of the essential criteria.
