Hours: 2 x 35hrs per week permanent, 1 x 17.5hrs per week temporary

Work Pattern: permanent - Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 16.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 16.15pm, temporary - Monday, Tuesday, alternate Wednesday

Salary / Hourly Rate: 35hrs £28,340 - £28,742, 17.5hrs £14,170 - £14,371

We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. This is a rewarding role which gives you the opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Heath and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery. You would be part of a successful well-established minute taking service.

As an Administrative Assistant within the minute taking service, you will:

  • liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co-ordinate, complete and distribute minutes of meetings which include Child Protection, Adult Support and Protection etc.
  • attend the meetings, which are in the majority via Microsoft Teams, and take a record of the meeting, utilising agreed templates, which will include the agreed care plan for the service user.
  • be responsible for updating electronic systems including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.
