We deliver an integrated Design, Contract and Project management service based on strong links between our Building Services, Projects Services and Assets & Estates sections and private sector construction professionals and contractors; therefore, having the ability to interact constructively with a variety of stakeholders and partners is an essential requirement of the post.
The Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to Property Services Consultancy Services Management Team ensuring processes and tasks are carried out in accordance with pre-determined procedures and timescales in order to ensure effective service delivery. Overall quality service provision and best value as key aspects of this role your focus will be high on customer satisfaction demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement on all programmes of work.
It is essential that you have a proven track record of working within a property/construction environment and you will display professionalism and demonstrate excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
