An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Clerical Assistant to join the Assets and Estates Team within Property Services. You will undertake a wide range of clerical and admin duties, updating and maintaining data on the Council’s Civica Debtors System, raising and maintaining orders and requests for payments in the Council’s Oracle Fusion system and keeping the Council’s property management systems accurate and up to date. If you enjoy working with data, take pride in getting things right, and feel confident supporting day-to-day administrative processes, we would be pleased to hear from you.
In this role, you will draw on your ability to organise and prioritise your workload, respond calmly to changing demands, and support wider team goals and projects. You will be confident using a range of IT systems and software, with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. The position offers a varied mix of tasks, giving you the chance to build your skills and enjoy a real sense of contribution and job satisfaction.
