Location: Various locations within South Lanarkshire

Hours: 35 hours per week, Permanent

Salary: £33,468 - £38,779 per year

You will be responsible for investigating and resolving disputes and complaints associated with anti social behaviour, working closely with Housing colleagues, Legal Services, the Police and other external agencies. You will be required to take appropriate actions in terms of prevention, intervention and enforcement where appropriate adhering to the Council's approach to tackling antisocial behaviour.

You will also be required to prepare and present cases, to attend Court on behalf of South Lanarkshire Council and to participate in out of hours investigations. You must be able to demonstrate personal initiative and drive and essentially have an extensive knowledge of anti social legislation. A proven track record in carrying out comprehensive investigations and providing detailed analytical reports is desirable. Excellent communication and resolution skills are essential.
