Location: Council Office, Almada Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AA

Hours: 35 hours per week

Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm and Friday 8:45am - 4:15pm

Salary / Hourly Rate: Β£31,242 - Β£31,625 annual salary

Community and Enterprise Resources require a motivated individual to supervise a team delivering a support service to the Facilities Service. You must have the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and you will also be required to demonstrate excellent customer care skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.

The post requires good IT skills including experience in Microsoft packages and the Fusion Iprocurement system. You will undertake a range of tasks to support the effective provision of the service including monitoring the IMPROVE Health & Safety audit system and Figtree accident system. Experience of Health and Safety and a knowledge of Facilities Service is desired.

You must be able to demonstrate a high degree of decision making, organisational and communication skills along with experience in managing workloads and handling staffing issues including maximising attendance, writing and communicating procedures and facilitating team meetings.

The post is 35 hours per week.
