Salary / Hourly Rate: £20.66 - £21.25 per hour, £35,817 - £36,840 per annum

The successful applicant will have experience in caring for older people, preferably within a residential setting and be familiar with all aspects of personal care. You will be able to construct a person centred support plan, implement, review and evaluate its effectiveness for the service users for whom you have responsibility. You will contribute to the assessment and review process and administer medicines as prescribed. Shift and weekend working is essential. The successful candidate is required to hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or a HNC or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
