Housing and Technical Resources seek to recruit a Clerical Assistant to join the Administration Team based within East Kilbride Business Unit. You will have experience of working within a busy office environment covering a wide range of clerical duties including handling calls from customers and clients.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to display IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and in particular Microsoft Excel. You should also demonstrate previous experience of maintaining and populating spreadsheets and producing word documents. You will have the ability to effectively prioritise your own workload within a multi-tasked environment to meet pre-determined deadlines and also contribute effectively to team goals and projects.
