Location: Cathkin Co-operative

Hours: 35 hours per week, fixed term for up to 9 months

Salary: £36,425 - £37,465 per year

South Lanarkshire Council administers the recruitment process on behalf of Cathkin Braes Tenant Management Co-Operative. The main function of this post is to assist the Management Committee in the administration of the Co-operative. Applicants must have relevant Housing Management experience, particularly, experience of Estate Management, Letting and Arrears Management.

Duties will include the provision and management of all repair, maintenance, letting, rent arrears and estate related functions together with the management of the financial responsibilities of the Co-operative. The suitable candidate should have administration experience, experience of dealing with the public, be able to work with a minimum of supervision and be able to contribute in a positive way to the development of the Co-operative.
