Salary / Hourly Rate: £18.85 - £19.35 per hour.

The aim of Social Work Resources is to promote social welfare and provide effective care and support to meet the needs of vulnerable people in South Lanarkshire. In partnership with community planning partners, voluntary and independent provider organisations, we offer a range of services designed to enable, support, improve and protect the health and social care of people using our services.

30hrs per week, permanent; 18.5hrs per week, temporary for 6 months; 22.5hrs per week, permanent.

The successful applicant will have experience in caring for older people, preferably within a residential setting and be familiar with all aspects of personal care. Shift and weekend working is essential.

The successful candidate is required to hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or a HNC or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
