Hours: 35 hours per week, Permanent
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm
Salary: £24,325 - £27,391 per year
Finance and Corporate Resources require a highly motivated individual to join their Support Services Team within IT. The post holder will be responsible for delivering all front desk clerical support on behalf of IT Services. The role will involve a range of routine clerical and basic financial duties, including:
- Welcoming visitors
- Managing IT equipment
- Maintaining and updating mobile asset inventories
- Coordinating the disposal of equipment
The successful candidate must be able to effectively prioritise workloads, work to deadlines, and demonstrate strong organisational skills. You will also be expected to provide a high standard of customer service and to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers. The role requires a good level of IT literacy, with experience in using Microsoft Office applications and Case Management Systems. The post holder must also have the ability to travel to various locations within South Lanarkshire.
