Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8:45 - 4:45pm and Friday 8:45 - 4:15pm
Hourly Rate: £14.83 - £15.01 per hour.
An opportunity has arisen for the position of Clerical Assistant supporting the Education Resources Central Administration Service based at South Lanarkshire Council Offices, Almada Street, Hamilton. The successful applicant will work as an effective member of the Administration Team delivering a high quality service to parents of South Lanarkshire and staff within Early Years, Mainstream and Additional Support Needs Education including school admissions, placing requests, school transport. This role will have a particular focus within the early years and school admissions.
The successful applicant should have experience of working in an office or administration setting and should possess a sound knowledge of IT with good keyboard and communication skills. A degree of flexibility and adaptability is required.
