- Location: McKillop Gardens
- Salary / Hourly Rate: £18.85 – £19.35 per hour
- Positions available:
- 30 hrs per week, permanent
- 18.5 hrs per week, temporary for 6 months
- 22.5 hrs per week, permanent
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will have experience caring for older people, preferably within a residential setting, and be familiar with all aspects of personal care. Key responsibilities include:
- Constructing and reviewing person‑centred support plans, and evaluating their effectiveness for the service users under your responsibility.
- Contributing to the assessment and review processes and administering medicines as prescribed.
- Providing care on shift and weekend schedules, which is essential to the role.
Qualifications and Skills
Required: Hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or a HNC, or be willing to work toward these qualifications.
