In partnership with community planning partners, voluntary and independent provider organisations, we offer a range of services designed to enable, support, improve and protect the health and social care of people using our services.
Responsibilities
- The successful applicant will have experience in caring for older people, preferably within a residential setting and be familiar with all aspects of personal care.
- You will be able to construct a person-centred support plan, implement, review and evaluate its effectiveness for the service users for whom you have responsibility.
- You will contribute to the assessment and review process and administer medicines as prescribed.
- Shift and weekend working is essential.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate is required to hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or a HNC or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
