Responsibilities

  • The successful applicant will have experience in caring for older people, preferably within a residential setting and be familiar with all aspects of personal care.
  • You will be able to construct a person-centred support plan, implement, review and evaluate its effectiveness for the service users for whom you have responsibility.
  • You will contribute to the assessment and review process and administer medicines as prescribed.
  • Shift and weekend working is essential.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate is required to hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or a HNC or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
