Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a skilled, experienced Unit Manager to provide clear management and leadership within this very busy residential adults and older people care home.
  • Leading a team of care staff towards high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
  • Managing daily operational activities, including staffing, training and support.
  • Planning and implementing service improvements and responding to residents’ needs.
  • Co‑ordinating with other units and senior management to maintain consistent standards.
  • Monitoring and reporting on health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • RMA/SVQIV PLUS and RMA (or equivalent) mandatory.
  • Experience in residential care management.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resource utilisation effectively.
