Responsibilities
- We are looking for a skilled, experienced Unit Manager to provide clear management and leadership within this very busy residential adults and older people care home.
- Leading a team of care staff towards high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
- Managing daily operational activities, including staffing, training and support.
- Planning and implementing service improvements and responding to residents’ needs.
- Co‑ordinating with other units and senior management to maintain consistent standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- RMA/SVQIV PLUS and RMA (or equivalent) mandatory.
- Experience in residential care management.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resource utilisation effectively.
