Role Overview: The Electrician will support the delivery of electrical works within Building Services, managing new build, refurbishment, maintenance and a Testing and Inspection programme across South Lanarkshire.
Responsibilities:
- Manage varied workloads and deliver all associated electrical works.
- Carry out electrical works for new build, refurbishment, maintenance and testing/inspection programmes.
- Work to targets and pre‑determined timescales while maintaining health and safety standards.
- Travel throughout South Lanarkshire as required.
- Attend a health check if recommended for appointment.
Qualifications:
- Time‑served with trade qualifications (SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds).
- Sound practical technical competency in managing and delivering jobs.
- Experience within commercial or domestic properties in the construction industry.
- Qualifications for Testing/Inspection to current regulations.
