South Lanarkshire Council are looking for a highly motivated individual who will supervise and ensure the delivery of a quality service to Older people and Adults including those living with dementia.
You will contribute to the Care Planning, Reviews and Report process of individual service users and assist in the service provision within the Rutherglen area.
Experience working with both older people and adults with learning disabilities desirable.
The successful candidate must hold SVQ Level 3 or HNC qualification and be working towards 2 units of SVQ Level 4.
Preferred candidates identified after the selection event process will be required to assist the recruitment team, if need be, to ensure timely completion of recruitment checks. If recruitment checks are not completed within a reasonable timescale, you may automatically be withdrawn from this position.
