The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

Location: Long Calderwood Primary School, Canberra Primary School and Halfmerke Primary Schools, East Kilbride

Hours: 15 hours per week (You will carry out supervisor role 7.5 hours of the week and cleaner role 7.5 hours of the week). 2 of these posts are based on a Term Time basis.

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm

Hourly Rate: £13.80 per hour Cleaner rate and £14.12 - £14.27 Cleaning Supervisor rate

3 posts being recruited. The successful candidates will carry out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls etc. You will also be required to monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulation, reporting any difficult issues to management. You will be responsible for setting up rooms for lets and being the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.

Supervision of a team of Facility Assistants (Cleaning), including assisting with training; recruitment & selection; maximising attendance; team brief etc.

To carry out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls. To ensure the security of the building is maintained, and act as a key-holder as required. Monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulations, reporting any difficult issues to management.

Preferred candidates identified after the selection event process will be required to assist the recruitment team, if need be, to ensure timely completion of recruitment checks. If recruitment checks are not completed within a reasonable timescale, you may automatically be withdrawn from this position.

This post is excepted in terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Scotland Act 2020.
