Hours: 30 hours per week on a term time basis
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm
Hourly Rate: £14.12 - £14.27 per hour

Community and Enterprise Resources provide cleaning services in many locations and buildings across South Lanarkshire including, schools, council offices and police stations.
The successful candidate will carry out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls etc. You will also be required to monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulation, reporting any difficult issues to management. You will be responsible for setting up rooms for lets and being the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.
Preferred candidates identified after the selection event process will be required to assist the recruitment team, if need be, to ensure timely completion of recruitment checks. If recruitment checks are not completed within a reasonable timescale, you may automatically be withdrawn from this position.
Canvassing of Elected Members or employees of South Lanarkshire's Council directly or indirectly in connection with any appointment within the Council shall disqualify the applicant.
This post is excepted in terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Scotland Act 2020. This post is considered a Regulated Role with Children, in respect of the Disclosure Scotland Act 2020.
