Location: Strathaven Academy, Bowling Green Road, Strathaven, ML10 6DP
Hours: 15 hours per week on a term-time basis (You will carry out supervisor role for 7.5 hours and cleaner role for 7.5 hours each week).
Work Pattern: Monday and Tuesday 4pm - 7pm; Wednesday to Friday 3.30pm - 6.30pm
Salary: £12.82 per hour (cleaner rate); £13.12 - £13.26 per hour (supervisor rate)
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc. You will monitor cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting any issues to management.
You will also set up rooms for lettings and act as the responsible person on site for health and safety reporting.
Supervise a team of Facility Assistants (Cleaning), including training, recruitment, attendance management, and team briefings.
Ensure building security and act as a key-holder as required.
