Location: Strathaven Academy, Bowling Green Road, Strathaven, ML10 6DP
Hours: 15 hours per week on a term-time basis (You will carry out supervisor role for 7.5 hours and cleaner role for 7.5 hours each week).
Work Pattern: Monday and Tuesday 4pm - 7pm; Wednesday to Friday 3.30pm - 6.30pm
Salary: £12.82 per hour (cleaner rate); £13.12 - £13.26 per hour (supervisor rate)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Cleaning floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc.
- Monitoring cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting any issues to management.
- Setting up rooms for lettings and acting as the responsible person on site for health and safety reporting.
- Supervising a team of Facility Assistants (Cleaning), including training, recruitment, attendance management, and team briefings.
- Ensuring building security and acting as a key-holder as required.
