COMM ENT 1191 - Janitor/Cleaner - Various Locations

Various Locations across South Lanarkshire

Hours:

16 hours per week, Term Time

Work Pattern:

5 over 7 shifts, Monday – Friday 6pm – 9.30pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am – 4pm

Post Details:

One permanent post and one temporary post until December 2025

Responsibilities:

• Preparing all documentation related to the janitorial and cleaning functions within the premises.
• Ensuring unit grounds are kept safe and tidy, free from dangerous articles, ensuring health and safety of staff and visitors.
• Monitoring the activities of lessees and contractors, reporting any issues to the line manager.
• Logging, monitoring, and reporting all damage and faults related to fabric and fixtures.
• Liaising with external contractors and lessees, ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and security procedures.
• Communicating effectively with the Facilities Manager, Head of Establishment, lessees, and team members to meet customer needs daily.
