You will be joining a responsive, progressive and innovative Social Work resource where children's needs are central to policy, practice and partnership working.
There are two parts to residential childcare worker qualification requirements: SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) SCQF Level 7 and HNC Social Services. Please refer to the SSSC website for a full list of acceptable qualifications.
This post is considered a Regulated Role with Children, in respect of the Disclosure Scotland Act 2020. Therefore, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children.
An Overseas Criminal Records Check is required where applicants born outside the UK (Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland) or who have lived or worked outside the UK for a continuous period of three months in the past 10 years.
