We have an exciting clerical opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership, Performance and Support Services team, with a Clerical Assistant vacancy within the Auchentibber Resource Centre.
Responsibilities- Provide a front-line reception service
- Data inputting to our Social Work case management system
- Provide a word processing service
- Minute taking and distribution
- Arrange meetings using the MS Office Outlook facility
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Answer and field phone calls
- Use Multi Functional Devices, scanning and indexing documents
- Support operational staff with general administrative tasks
- Excellent knowledge of IT packages
- Experience working as a receptionist or within an office setting (training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with people at all levels
