South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team within Hamilton Town House as a Venue Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Box office, reception, administration and front of house.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer orientated environment.
  • Experience of cash handling.

Example Shift Plan

  • Day Shift 9am to 4pm/5pm
  • Back Shift 12pm to 8.00pm/10.00pm

This post will involve working evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our events schedule.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience of working in a customer orientated environment.
  • Experience of cash handling.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
