South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Facilities Assistant (Catering) to join their team at the Hamilton Town House. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting our food and beverage operations across the venue, including weddings, functions, meetings and theatre bar service.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving food to a high standard
- Providing a comprehensive catering service for weddings, private functions and corporate meetings
- Operating and assisting with the running of our theatre bars
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, healthy and safe working environment
Previous catering or hospitality experience is essential, as is a valid REHIS qualification. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends is also essential.
