Senior Practitioner – Responsible for supporting children and families in a statutory setting. This role is based at Cambuslang Gate, South Lanarkshire, United Kingdom.
Role Details
- Location: Cambuslang Gate
- Address: 1ST FLOOR, RUTHERGLEN, G73 1DQ, GB
- Hours: 35 per week
- Work Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8:45am – 4:45pm and Friday 8:45am – 4:15pm
- Salary: £50,622 – £51,370
Responsibilities
- Deliver practice in line with statutory and organisational policies and guidance.
- Assess and manage risk, identify needs and support children, young people and families.
- Provide reflective supervision and support to junior team members.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (or equivalent), Diploma in Social Work, or other recognised qualification.
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience.
