Senior Practitioner – Responsible for supporting children and families in a statutory setting. This role is based at Cambuslang Gate, South Lanarkshire, United Kingdom.

Role Details

  • Location: Cambuslang Gate
  • Address: 1ST FLOOR, RUTHERGLEN, G73 1DQ, GB
  • Hours: 35 per week
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8:45am – 4:45pm and Friday 8:45am – 4:15pm
  • Salary: ÂŁ50,622 – ÂŁ51,370

Responsibilities

  • Deliver practice in line with statutory and organisational policies and guidance.
  • Assess and manage risk, identify needs and support children, young people and families.
  • Provide reflective supervision and support to junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (or equivalent), Diploma in Social Work, or other recognised qualification.
  • Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience.
