An exciting opportunity has arisen for Support Workers to join our youth service supporting young people between 14 and 26 years. Services include throughcare and aftercare, and assistance for those facing adolescent challenges such as law conflict or other difficulties. This role offers the chance to contribute to the development of this evolving service and help keep the Promise for young people.

What Will You Be Doing?

The role requires you to support the successful implementation of this new service and has you committed to improving outcomes for young people. You will work in partnership with other agencies to ensure you Get it Right for our Young People. You will have case responsibility where assessments have been undertaken, IAR/SCRA, and sit with Support Workers for a period of intervention. There is also opportunity to work on more complex cases.

  • Interest and commitment to working with adolescents and young people with experience in the area.
  • SVQ desirable.
  • Committed to driving forward the implementation of a new service.
  • Team player enthusiastic about the service and collaborative with colleagues and partner agencies.
  • Full driving licence required.
