Overview

In partnership with community planning partners, voluntary and independent provider organisations, we offer services to enable, support, improve and protect health and social care.
Role: Social Care Assistant (Bank/Supply) – G1, David Walker Gardens. Hours: Casual/Bank. Salary: £14.26 per hour. Vacancy: Bank/Supply. Closing date: 2 October at 11:59 PM. Responsibilities
- Work as part of a wider team delivering individual and service goals; promote service user independence, rights, and choice.
- Be flexible, willing to undertake delegated tasks as part of a team, and be available to work one of the shift rosters.
Qualifications and requirements
- Ideally hold a SVQ in Social Care Level 2 or 3 or an HNC in Social Care, or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
- Be registered with the SSSC or be in the process of registration; registration required within 6 months of commencing employment.
- PVG check requirements may apply; PVG Scheme or update check before offer; applicable for work with adults.
