South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Assistant to join our team at Strathaven Leisure Centre.
Location: Strathaven Leisure Centre, Bowling Green Road, Strathaven
Hours: Casual (as and when required)
Number of Posts: 1
Salary Band: £14.12 - £14.27 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Support customers on their fitness journey.
- Build rapport quickly to engage and educate them on the latest fitness trends.
- Support customers through their training.
- Ensure the gym is kept clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
- Relevant HNC or equivalent.
- Excellent interaction skills.
- Experience of working within a gym environment is an advantage (full training will be given).
