Location: Brandon Gate, Hamilton

Hours & Work Pattern: 35 hours per week, fixed term until November 2026. Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:15pm.

Position: Housing Officer – responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to customers. Must have experience working in a housing environment, understanding of legislation regarding homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and anti‑social behaviour. Requires excellent IT skills, organisational and prioritising ability, and adaptability to changing priorities to deliver quality service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of agencies are essential.
