Location

Eastfield Lifestyles, 101 Glenburn Drive, Rutherglen.

Hours

35 hours per week (3‑week rota).

Salary Band

Shift Pattern

  • Week 1: Mon‑Tue late shift, Thurs‑Sat early shift
  • Week 2: Tue‑Fri late shift
  • Week 3: Mon‑Wed early shift, Thurs late shift
  • (Early shift 6:15 am – 2:00 pm; Late shift 1:45 pm – 9:30 pm)

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Lifeguards at Eastfield Lifestyles.

You will report to the Duty Officer for the daily operation of the Centre, undertaking pool supervision and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of pool activities.
  • Carry out cleaning to meet defined standards.
  • Ensure facilities and equipment are safe and secure in accordance with procedures.

Requirements

  • A current Pool Lifeguard qualification is essential.
  • First aid certificate required; previous experience desirable.
