An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to join South Lanarkshire Council’s Housing Services (Sheltered Housing) as a Team Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, oversee, monitor, and evaluate internal and external housing support services within South Lanarkshire.
  • Ensure effective resource management and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
  • Support individuals and communities in accessing the necessary housing support through customer consultation and engagement.
  • Organise and prioritise workloads efficiently and respond to changing priorities.
  • Liaise effectively with multiple agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a housing support environment or an equivalent registered support or care service.
  • Understanding of current issues and legislation related to housing support.
