An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to join South Lanarkshire Council’s Housing Services (Sheltered Housing) as a Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Manage, oversee, monitor, and evaluate internal and external housing support services within South Lanarkshire.
- Ensure effective resource management and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
- Support individuals and communities in accessing the necessary housing support through customer consultation and engagement.
- Organise and prioritise workloads efficiently and respond to changing priorities.
- Liaise effectively with multiple agencies and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a housing support environment or an equivalent registered support or care service.
- Understanding of current issues and legislation related to housing support.
- Excellent IT skills and strong organisational skills to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across diverse agencies.
