Overview

Senior Team Leader – Central Homeless Team, Housing Services – South Lanarkshire. 35 hours per week, £40,804 – £41,698 annually, permanent vacancy.

Responsibilities

Manage, oversee, monitor and evaluate internal and external housing support services within South Lanarkshire. Ensure effective resource management, contribute to service improvement, and support individuals and communities accessing housing support through customer consultation and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Similar experience working within a housing support environment with an equivalent registered support or care service.
  • Understanding of current housing support issues and legislation related to homelessness.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of agencies.

  • Explain experience managing your own reactive workload.
  • Explain experience of working towards compliance in relation to Care Inspectorate and SSSC requirements.
