Hours: 37 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am – 1.30pm

Salary: £38,506 – £39,606 per year

Responsibilities

Housing & Technical Resources require an experienced Plumber to support the delivery of various works programmes within Building Services. You will be flexible in managing varied workloads and will be responsible for carrying out all plumbing duties across the South Lanarkshire Council portfolio.

You will be time-served with trade qualifications SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds within your relevant discipline and able to demonstrate sound practical technical competencies in delivering high quality workmanship in all aspects of the trade. You should have experience of working within both commercial and domestic properties within the construction industry. You should demonstrate a commitment to the principles of customer care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work to targets and pre-determined timescales with an awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
