Our team at Hamilton Business Unit delivers a wide range of Housing Projects including Repairs, Voids, Aids and Adaptations, Buy Backs and Planned Maintenance Works. This is achieved by working in partnership with various internal areas and sub-contractors; therefore, having the ability to interact constructively with a variety of stakeholders and partners is an essential requirement of the post.
In this role you will work alongside the Business Support Manager within a multi-disciplinary team to develop processes and procedures to provide financial and procurement support. This will include the creation and development of reporting structures to monitor Housing Projects. You may be required to work with other corporate colleagues from Consultancy, Financial, and Procurement teams.
