Responsibilities
As part of the central Care at Home team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Council meets its statutory obligations; timely assessment and review of service users; mitigating risks; ensuring that health and wellbeing needs are met and that the services received are appropriate to their needs. The postholder will liaise directly with external providers, service users, family and associated professionals involved with the service.
Regulatory Requirements
This post is excepted in terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Scotland Act 2020. This post is considered a Regulated Role with Adults, in respect of the Disclosure Scotland Act 2020; it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with Adults. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
