An exciting opportunity has arisen to join South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. The role involves line managing an admin team, liaising with internal colleagues and external agencies, and delivering a range of specialist and general clerical tasks.

  • Location: Regent House, Hamilton
  • Hours: 35 hrs per week, permanent
  • Work Pattern: Monday – Thursday 8:45am – 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am – 4:15pm

Remuneration: £29,326 - £29,745 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct line management of an admin team
  • Undertake performance appraisals and manage attendance
  • Identify learning and development requirements for the team
  • Plan, monitor, and control workflow
  • Run statistical reports for analysis
  • Liaise with managers to provide effective support, ensuring timescales and deadlines are met
