Work schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:45am – 4:45pm (1 hour lunch); Friday 8:45am – 4:15pm (30 mins lunch).
Salary / Hourly Rate: £29,326 - £29,745.
We have an existing opportunity to join the South Lanarkshire Health And Social Care Performance And Support Service Team, providing a Centralised Minute Taking Service to our four localities. This role gives you the opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery.
As an Administrative Assistant within the minute taking service, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co‑ordinate, complete and distribute minutes of meetings such as Child Protection, Adult Support, and Protection. You will attend the meetings (mostly via Microsoft Teams) and record a minute using agreed templates, including the agreed care plan for the service user. Responsibilities also include updating electronic systems, including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.
