About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join, or to further develop your career within the innovative South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. We are looking to recruit two Administrative Assistants who will line-manage a team of administrative staff and liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange and provide a range of specialist and general clerical tasks. This is a rewarding role that offers personal development and allows you to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership’s public service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Direct line management of a team of administrative staff.
- Undertake performance appraisals and manage attendance.
- Identify learning and development requirements for the team.
- Plan, monitor and control workflow.
- Run statistical reports for analysis.
- Liaise with managers to provide effective support, ensuring timescales and deadlines are met.
- Participate in developing improvements within the service.
Essential Requirements:

- Line management experience.
