Location: Hamilton Town House, Cadzow Street, Hamilton.

Hours: 21 per week.

Salary Band: £14.12 – £14.27 per hour.

Shift pattern: To be determined.

Duration: Fixed Term until 31st March 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food to high standard across the venue, including weddings, functions, meetings and theatre bar service.
  • Provide comprehensive catering service for weddings, private functions and corporate meetings.
  • Operate and assist with running theatre bars.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous catering or hospitality experience essential.
  • Valid REHIS qualification required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
