Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to high standard across the venue, including weddings, functions, meetings and theatre bar service.
- Provide comprehensive catering service for weddings, private functions and corporate meetings.
- Operate and assist with running theatre bars.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous catering or hospitality experience essential.
- Valid REHIS qualification required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
