Description: An exciting opportunity for career development has arisen for experienced individuals to join the Hamilton Housing Team within Housing Services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide range of housing services to customers, including homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and anti‑social behaviour.
- Apply current legislation and policy to all services.
- Organise and prioritise workload effectively and respond to changing priorities.
- Co‑ordinate with a variety of agencies to provide high quality service.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Similar experience in a housing‑related environment.
- Knowledge of current issues and legislation relating to homelessness.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to manage caseloads in a reactive role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with agencies.
- Experience working with vulnerable people.
