Location: Brandon Gate, Hamilton

Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent

Work Pattern: Monday, Tuesday and alternative Wednesday 8:45am - 4:45pm

We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team, providing a centralised minute taking service to our four localities. This is a rewarding role that gives you the opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Administrative Assistant within the minute taking service, liaising with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co‑ordinate, complete and distribute minutes of meetings, including Child Protection, Adult Support and Protection meetings.
  • Attend meetings (mostly via Microsoft Teams) to take a faithful record of the meeting using agreed templates, incorporating the service user care plan.
  • Update electronic systems, including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent keyboard, oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience taking records of meetings in an office environment.
  • Proficient typing speed and attention to detail.
