An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who has excellent customer care and communication skills. The role of Housing Assistant undertakes a wide range of clerical duties including word processing, filing and photocopying. It also involves working within a busy locality housing office, supporting Housing Officers and providing advice to tenants and customers, making a direct impact on the local community and our service users.
You will be required to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise your workload, respond to changing priorities, and contribute effectively to team goals and projects. You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to use all relevant IT systems and software applications.
