Description
Finance and Corporate Resources are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our IT Service Centre Team as a Service Centre Engineer.

Monday to Wednesday 8:45am to 4:45pm.
Salary
Duties / Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email or in-person.
- Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
- Help with installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Support monitoring of network performance and security.
- Participate in on-site shadowing and training to enhance technical skillset.
- Assist in preparing and updating IT documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries promptly.
- Ensure user satisfaction by following up on resolved issues.
- Assist in analysing recurring faults and identifying trends to support proactive resolution and service improvement.
- Support work scheduling and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of installations and minimise disruption.
